We use two different printing facilities to expedite your orders and ensure the best quality products:
HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We typically ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If you select Expedited Shipping at checkout, production time remains the same, however your order will be delivered with Fed-ex 2 Day Delivery.
Items ship from Tampa, Florida. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country. Please allow 10-20 days for international orders for standard shipping and 3-7 days for expedited shipping.
During high volume months like November and December we highly recommend using expedited shipping to insure 2 Day delivery.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER
Please email us: sales@heartfeltfamilygift.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout It covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.
Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
