We use two different printing facilities to expedite your order and ensure the best quality products:
HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Jewelry
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days and often sooner. If you select Expedited Shipping at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.
We ship all jewelry items with USPS from and ship from our printing partner outside of Tampa, Florida. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
All Other Custom Printed Products:
Delivery time guarantees for orders placed during the months of November and December will only apply to orders using Express Shipping. All other orders placed with standard shipping will not be eligible for replacement or refund until 60 days has elapsed. We encourage the use of express shipping during these high volume months.
Express Shipping products are manufactured within 3-7 days, then an additional 4-7 days for shipping. Most customers will receive their packages in 10-14 days after an order is processed and sometimes in as little as 7-10 days.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for jewelry items only. It's provided by Fashion Finds and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.
Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
